How to initiate remote download to the user?

1. Open Extras
   Scroll down and click Extras under Remote Actions.

2. View the Extras Window
   A modal window opens displaying multiple advanced action tools.

3. Goto Remote Download
   Enter a valid direct file URL in the input field.

4. If the User Is Online
   If the user is online, the file is automatically downloaded to the user’s device.

5. If the User Is Offline
   The download will not initiate.
