How to show popup alert to the remote user?

1. Open Extras
   Scroll down and click Extras under Remote Actions.

2. View the Extras Window
   A modal window opens displaying multiple advanced action tools.

3. Go to Show Dialog
   Enter the message text you want to display in the dialog input field.

4. If the User Is Online
   If the user is online, a popup dialog appears instantly on the user’s screen.

5. If the User Is Offline
   The dialog will not be shown.
