How to pause the campaign?

1. Open the Campaign Dashboard
   Go to Campaigns > Overview and click View Details which is under Actions column on the campaign.

2. Pause the Campaign
   Use the Pause control to temporarily halt email sending.

3. Paused State
   The campaign will show as Paused, and no additional emails will be sent until resumed.

Note:

• A campaign cannot be paused if the email queue has already been initiated.
