Open Campaign Details
Go to Campaigns > Overview and click View Details which is under Actions column on the campaign.
Click the Download Button
Press the Download button on the dashboard to open the report options.
Choose the Report Format
You will see four report types:
Statistical Reports (Summary Level)
These contain high-level performance metrics such as overall opens, clicks, credentials, camera/location counts, risk score along with the course attempts, completion and scores.
Statistical – CSV & Statistical – PDF
Detailed Reports (User-Level Details)
These contain full user event timelines, device details, OS/browser data, and individualized activity analysis with detailed information along with the course attempts, completion and scores.
Detailed – CSV & Detailed – PDF
Download Your Report
Click the preferred format and wait for CAPS to generate the file.
Once ready, the report will download automatically.
