How to pause the assessment?

1. Open the Assessment Dashboard
   Go to Assessments > Overview and click View Details which is under Actions column on the campaign.

2. Pause the Assessment
   Use the Pause control to temporarily halt email sending.

3. Paused State
   The assessment will show as Paused, and no additional emails will be sent until resumed.

Note

• A assessment cannot be paused if the email queue has already been initiated.
