Open Assessment Details
Go to Assessments > Overview and click View Details which is under Actions column on the campaign.
Click the Download Button
Press the Download button on the dashboard to open the report options.
Choose the Report Format
Detailed Reports (User-Level Details)
These contain complete learner activity data, such as:
User progress, Assigned & Completed timestamps Quiz status and score, Overall performance metrics, Individual learner breakdown
Available Formats:
Detailed – CSV & Detailed – PDF
Download Your Report
Click the preferred format and wait for CAPS to generate the file.
Once ready, the report will download automatically.
