Open Learner Groups
Go to Assessments> Learner Groups.
Select the Group to Delete
In the Actions column, click the Delete icon for the group.
Confirm Deletion
Approve the action in the confirmation popup.
Group Removed
The learner group is permanently deleted and can no longer be used in campaigns.
Note:
You can’t delete the user group if it is added to the active campaign, you must mark the campaign completed to delete the user group
