How to submit a support ticket?

  1. Open Support
    Go to Support from the left sidebar.

  2. Enter Your Details
    Fill in your Full Name.

  3. Verify Email
    Confirm your Email Address, which is auto-filled.

  4. Enter Mobile Number
    Provide your Mobile Number with the appropriate country code.

  5. Select Issue Category
    Choose the category that matches your issue (e.g., Performance Issue, Bug Report, Payment Issue).

  6. Describe the Issue
    Write a clear explanation in the Description box.

  7. Submit the Request
    Click Submit Request.

  8. Check for Response
    Monitor your email—also check Spam/Junk folders for replies from the support team.
